Dunes West in Mt. Pleasant, SC

Dunes West is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Mount Pleasant. Dunes West is a gated golfing community that is also marshfront. It features condos, town homes, and single family houses. This high-end neighborhood has some of the nicest amenities in Mt. Pleasant, including a golf course, two swimming pools, tennis courts, a club house, a community dock, a boat ramp, boat storage, a play park, a fitness center, and walking trails. Home buyers generally like Dunes West because of the status associated with the neighborhood and because of the great amenities. Dunes West condos range in price from about $195,000 to $400,000. Townhouses in Dunes West fall into about the same price range, and many of them have small backyards. Most of the single family homes range from $260,000 to about $2,300,000.

The less expensive houses are in subsections like Palmetto Hall and Cypress Pointe that are not part of the gated community of Dunes West.
