This event celebrates Charleston’s excellence in the culinary arts and also benefits scholarship programs for the hospitality and culinary workplace. - Hank's Seafood and Peninsula Grill Cookbook Signing: Sat., March 2, from 11 AM to 2 PM, join Peninsula Grill Executive Chef Graham Dailey and Hank's Seafood Executive Chef Frank McMahon for an authors' reception and cookbook signing. - America's Great Foods Recipe Challenge: Sat., March 2, from 11:30 AM to 2:45 PM, three contestants will serve up their entrees with the help of celebrity chef Kelly Liken. - Master Class: Pasta 101: Sat., March 2, Get an introduction to the art of pasta making with Jeff Michaud of Osteria Restaurant and Amis Restaurant. Demo includes a wine tasting. SCE&G Celebrity Kitchen Tent, Marion Square, Downtown
