Save Homes to Your Favorites

When you come across a listing on the website that you like, you have the option to save it as a Favorite listing. A lot of our prospects use this feature because it’s a great way to keep track of the Charleston home listings that you like. It can be overwhelming to sort through a lot of listings and either write down or print out the ones that match what you’re looking for in a home. That’s why we created this feature on our site!

To save a listing as a Favorite, just click the link “Save to favorites.” This link will be in a light blue box under the main picture of the listing. You can check your Favorites anytime by logging onto our website and clicking “View Your Favorite Listings” on the right side navigation bar. You can save as many listings as you like – there is no limit.

If one of your saved home listings goes off the market – if it is sold, withdrawn, or expired – the MLS number will still be retained. (In the past, this has not been the case, but now we’ll be able to locate even homes that are no longer for sale in your list of Favorites). So, if you realize that the home you loved was sold, we can use that Favorite listing to find comparable homes that are currently for sale.

Lastly, if you ever want to delete any listings from your Favorites, just click “View Your Favorite Listings” (found on the navigation bar on the right of any page) and click the blue link “Remove from Favorites” that is directly above the listing that you want to remove.

The Favorites feature is a great way for you to keep track of the listings that you like, and buyers generally find this feature on the website really useful. And, although a lot of buyers use this feature, we wanted to make sure that everyone knows about it so that you can take advantage of it. Happy house hunting!
