The Southeastern Wildlife Exposition (SEWE) starts this Friday, February 14th and runs until Sunday. Since its debut in 1983, it’s grown to an attendance of 40,000 people and has become one of Charleston’s favorite annual festivals. SEWE celebrates wildlife through raising preservation funds, honoring nature experts, educating both children and adults on the need to protect our environment, and sharing artwork that helps us appreciate the outdoors. This year’s guests include conservationist Jack Hanna, Chef Nathan Thurston, and members of the Charleston Symphony Orchestra. Events range from children’s puppet shows to fine art exhibits/auctions to birds of prey flight demos to sporting dog competitions. You can see the full event schedule and purchase tickets on the SEWE website, http://sewe.com/.

If you’ll be in Charleston this coming weekend, this will be a fun festival to explore! And if you’d like to schedule a time to see homes as well, just let us know!
