The plans have anywhere from 3 to 7 bedrooms and range in price from approximately $330K to about $455K. Homeowners annual dues are approximately $200 per year which helps maintain the common areas. Other DR Horton communities currently under construction are Preston at Park West and Kingsbridge at Dunes West. These are both higher end townhome communities.
Sweetgrass Village is a small community with only about 33 homes planned. It’s zoned for great public schools, which is a major draw for home buyers: Jennie Moore Elementary, Laing Middle, and Wando High School.
