4 Best Neighborhoods in Moncks Corner, SC

Fairmont South was originally a Lennar community when it was developed from 2012 to 2017. This is one of the closest neighborhoods inside Moncks Corner once you start going down Hwy 52, so location is a big selling point here. Buyers get the affordability of Moncks Corner without feeling as far out as some of the other neighborhoods. Keep in mind that Fairmont South is now all pre-owned (or resale) homes. However, the Paddock at Fairmont South is currently being developed by Hunter Quinn Homes. So if you’re looking for brand new homes, The Paddock will be your go to area. You’ll find full amenities including a resort style pool and play park.

Spring Grove is a Moncks Corner community of massive proportions. Buyers like Spring Grove because several builders have worked in here providing a range of prices and floor plans.
