foxbank plantation homes for sale

Foxbank Plantation has some commercial development outside the community which makes it stand out from other neighborhoods in Moncks Corner. Crescent Homes is currently building here, and you’ll also find plenty of resale houses ready for move in. Amenities overlook the 67 acre Lake Foxbank (pictured) and include a dock, 2 pools, outdoor pavilion, and playground.

With entrances off Hwy 52 and Cypress Gardens Road, commuters enjoy this convenience (especially those working for Google). The community is also close to Foxbank Elementary School. Downtown Moncks Corner is a short drive as well, so buyers tend to enjoy the small town appeal of shopping locally among shops and restaurants.

Fairmont South was originally a Lennar community when it was developed from 2012 to 2017. This is one of the closest neighborhoods inside Moncks Corner once you start going down Hwy 52, so location is a big selling point here.
