Midtown in Mount Pleasant is conveniently located between the Isle of Palms Connector and Interstate 526 which is a prime location. The turnoff for this community is Founders Way which is located off Rifle Range. Residents can enjoy biking to the beach or to Mount Pleasant Towne Centre shopping, restaurants, and movie theater. Because of its location and limited space, there will be no amenities except the sidewalks for walking/jogging. If you're looking for larger Mount Pleasant neighborhoods with amenities, you'll find plenty of good options past Hwy 41 where land is more readily available. However, Midtown appeals to home buyers who want a newer home with a central location (plus a smaller yard that requires less maintenance).
The builder, John Wieland, has done a great job of combining floor plans from some of its top selling collections, so you'll find a range of traditional and Low Country inspired designs. All of the floor plans in Midtown are two story, so if you're looking for a master suite and living space on the first floor, contact us to see plans that will work best for your lifestyle. The zoned public schools rank well in Mt. Pleasant: Mamie Whitesides (conveniently located just down Rifle Range), Laing Middle, and Lucy Beckham High.
