Cambridge Townhomes is one of the nicest townhouses subsections in Park West. Most of these 2 story units have 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, around 2000 square feet, and private backyards. Cambridge Townhomes have brick and cement plank exteriors (a feature that is hard to find in the Mount Pleasant townhouse market). This section is located where Grey Marsh Road intersects Park West Boulevard.
The Gates at Park West features some of the most affordable townhouses in Mount Pleasant. The design of these townhouses ensures that all of the homes are end units, so these town homes offer more privacy than what you'll typically find in this price point. Most of these townhouses on Queensgate Way have small backyards that are fenced, and some have brick fronts.
Hampshire at Park West features three-story townhouses with double front porches. Most of these homes have elevators, 2 or 3 car garages, and double-sided fireplaces that separate the den from the dining area. These were built in 2007. Buyers tend to like that Hampshire townhomes feel more like single family detached houses compared to most of the other options you'll find in this price range.
Kensington at Park West features 3 story townhouses with hardy plank siding, lots of windows, and 2 car garages on the ground floor. Most of the townhouses in Kensington were built in 2006 or 2007. And, most of these have 3 bedrooms, but you'll also find occasional 4 bedroom units that hit the market. Since there is only one road (Claremont Street) in this subsection, the small size means that only a few of these homes come up for sale each year.
Preston at Park West features 2 and 3 story townhouses with attached garages. Floor plans range from 2 bedrooms and 2 baths to 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Some of the town homes in Preston have screened porches and fireplaces. These townhouses were built from 2007 to 2011. Located on Bagley Drive and Conant Road, Preston is conveniently adjacent to Park West's amenities.
Tennyson Row features Park West's most charming townhouses. The various combinations of brick exteriors, cement plank, shutter colors/styles, and double front porches really help to make each townhouse look different. Buyers are drawn to the aesthetic appeal of this section, and they also tend to like the small courtyard that leads to the detached garage. This setup means fewer stairs (compared to the 3 story townhouses you often see), and the courtyard is also convenient for outdoor entertaining. Most of the homes in Tennyson Row were built in 2005 and 2006.
