Getting to Hwy 17A is also easy which is helpful for avoiding congestion. Residents who enjoy walking tend to love the sidewalks lining these charming streetscapes, and a path in the neighborhood is convenient for walking to the Publix grocery store and a few restaurants next door. After showing this community to many buyers over the years, we hear again and again how much folks love these Charleston style homes with double front porches.
