Turtle Bay is one of our go-to communities at Folly Beach because home buyers love the waterfront lifestyle on Folly River, the dock facilities, and pool overlooking the marsh. Turtle Bay was developed from 2001 to 2003 along a one street loop, Sandbar Lane. Although these properties are over 20 years old now, they are still considered relatively newer since most Folly Beach homes predate these.
The colorful cement plank siding exteriors reflect Folly’s eclectic style, and the drive under garages offer parking in addition to space for storing beach chairs and toys. Many of the porches overlook Folly River and/or the marsh, which is a view that never gets old (especially with the sunsets the area is known for).
Don't see the home you're looking for? Let us know so we can contact you as new Turtle Bay listings hit the market. Also, Waters Edge is good to see for comparison because these townhouses are adjacent to Turtle Bay and offer a pool and dock on the Folly River as well!
