Bentley Park is a Beazer community in Mt. Pleasant located off Chuck Dawley Blvd (ideal for I-526 commuters). Bentley Park combines the affordability that Beazer is known for with a Mount Pleasant location that's much closer in than what you typically find in this price point. Buyers have 6 floor plans in Bentley Park to choose from. The Sycamore is the only 1 story plan, and it ranges from 3-4 bedrooms and starts at 2,000 sq ft. If you're looking for a master suite downstairs, the Sweetgum and Dogwood will be your best options. If you'd prefer to designate the first floor for living space and have a master suite upstairs, the Hawthorne and Cottonwood will be your layout options. Also, the White Oak floor plan features a 5th bedroom downstairs that is complete with full bath, making it ideal for multi-generational families. Its true master suite is upstairs, but being able to accommodate parents or guests who need fewer stairs is a big trend we're seeing right now with Mount Pleasant new construction homes.
Bentley Park is zoned for excellent public schools: Mamie Whitesides Elementary, Laing Middle, and Lucy Beckham High. Since the community has no planned amenities, the HOA fee of $720/year is quite high when you compare it to other Mount Pleasant neighborhoods. (Ask us for lower community fee recommendations or amenities.)
