Arbor Walk is a Ryland community located off Dolphin Road in Summerville, SC. Sawmill Branch Trail runs beside Arbor Walk (and about eleven other Summerville communities), so residents have access to a nice, eight mile walking trail. Arbor Walk residents can also become members of the pool at Newington Plantation, which is a few minutes' drive.

Ashborough East is located off Dorchester Road in Summerville, SC. These single family homes are priced from the mid $300's to the high $400's. Amenities in Ashborough East include swimming pool, tennis courts, club house, play park, boat storage, and walking trail.
