Wexford Sound is a marshfront neighborhood on James Island SC popular for its traditional home styles and comparative affordability. The vegetation is beginning to be what most buyers would call established because the majority of houses were built from the early 1990’s to 2005. At the center of the neighborhood, you’ll find a lake with community dock and green space. The most desirable homes in Wexford Sound tend to overlook this lake or the surrounding marshes. Marshfront homes can be found on Crystal Lake Drive, Wexford Sound Drive, and part of Harborsun Drive. If you enjoy walking or jogging, this is a great neighborhood since sidewalks are throughout. Few neighborhoods on James Island offer this many cul-de-sacs which appeals to many buyers.
