Scott’s Creek is a one-of-a-kind new construction neighborhood nestled off Rifle Range Road in Mount Pleasant. Scott’s Creek is zoned for Mamie Whitesides Elementary, Laing Middle School, and Wando High School. Pulte Homes was the builder for this community. Homes are priced anywhere from $500-750K, and the square footage ranges from 2,700 to 4,300 square feet. Floor plans are 3 to 5 bedrooms and 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms. HOA or Homeowners Association dues are $990 per year. The exteriors of the homes are mostly hardy plank siding, which is a high end material used in the lowcountry because it is known for its ability to withstand humidity changes. The architecture of the homes is a southern lowcountry style with pastel exterior colors to mimic the old charm of downtown Charleston. Large front porches or double porches are also used to add southern flair to the homes’ curb appeal. Interior standard features include gourmet kitchens, hardwoods, granite countertops, crown molding, solid core doors, conditioned crawl spaces, tile, and much more. Scott’s Creek is outfitted in gas utilities, which most folks considers as an upgrade.
