Search Daniel Island Houses by Neighborhood:

Barfield Park is located just south of the downtown section of Daniel Island. This subsection is made up of houses as well as townhouses. Most of these homes are within walking distance of Pierce Park's pool.

Center Park is located at the heart of Daniel Island and is made up of townhouses and single family houses. The town homes overlook Center Park, which is a two-acre park. Many of the houses back up to marsh, while others back up to a pond or to woods for added privacy. Most of these homes were built from 2002 to 2007.

Cochran Park is one of the higher end communities on Daniel Island, as prices range from the low $600's to about $1.3 million. Many of the homes in Cochran Park are marshfront. This community has slightly newer homes, as most were built from 2004 to 2007. Cochran Park is located on the northwest side of Daniel Island.

Codner's Ferry Park has houses starting in the low to mid $500's and going up to almost $2 million. Many of these homes are marshfront, and some have private docks. Most houses at Codner's Ferry were built between 1997 and 2002. Codner's Ferry Park is located on the north end of the island.

Daniel Island Park is one of the most exclusive communities of Daniel Island. It features single family homes, town homes, and condominiums. Houses are priced starting in the $800's and go up to about $7 million. Some of the homes in Daniel Island Park have excellent views of the golf course, the park, and the Wando River. Nowhere else on the island will you find the range of homes for sale compared to Daniel Island Park.

Etiwan Park has some of the most affordable homes for sale on Daniel Island, with prices starting just under $400,000. Etiwan Park is located on the northwestern section of Daniel Island.

Pierce Park is made up of single family homes and town homes. This neighborhood is on the southeast part of island, so it's close to the new Daniel Island K-8 public school.

Smythe Park is the southernmost community of Daniel Island. Smythe Park features single family homes as well as condominiums. The condos are some of the most affordable real estate options on the island, with prices starting in the low to mid $200's. Houses start in the low $500's and go up to almost $2 million. Some of the homes for sale in Smythe Park have views of the marsh, while others overlook the 24-acre park within the community. Smythe Park also has some of the newest houses on Daniel Island, ranging from 2006 to 2009.
