This is one of the most popular annual events in Charleston, and it’s a great time to explore the city’s renowned culinary scene. Participating restaurants are offering 3 course dinner options for $20, $30, and $40 per person. Most of these deals are discounted from their regular prices, so it’s a good opportunity to try some of Charleston’s new (or tried and true) restaurants at a more affordable price. You can learn more about Restaurant Week at http://www.charlestonrestaurantassociation.com/charleston-restaurant-week/ Just scroll down the page to see the $20, $30, and $40 specials.

Buyers wanting new construction homes in Charleston, SC in the mid $100’s range often have to search high and low to find well-built houses in our relatively pricey local real estate market. A new community in Moncks Corner – The Village at Fairmont South – is currently being developed with 107 single family home sites. The 60 acres of wetlands throughout the neighborhood will appeal to buyers wanting to avoid the cookie cutter feel and tight spaces often associated with new construction communities in this price range in Charleston. Plus, trails for walking and jogging are a perk since this is a popular request we hear from our clients wanting to take advantage of Charleston’s mild weather year round.
